Circumstances
A friend reported Mr. Barr missing several weeks after he last saw him. He was last seen in Turner. A neighbor advised that Barr packed up his pickup truck and drove off. His SSI checks started backing up at the post office, which was his only source of income. The Social Security Office indicated they stopped issuing checks after they went unclaimed. There has been no activity on the account since his disappearance.
