Circumstances
Tom was working at Tulio's La Riviera Restaurant in Allen Park the night his disappearance. After leaving Tulio's at approximately 10:30 p.m., he went across the street to Wheat & Rye Bar where he remained until no later than 11:30 p.m. The last call Tom made with his cell phone was at 12:30 a.m., and the battery ran out a few hours later. Police have been unable to locate Tom or his 1999 four-door black Mercury Sable, license plate number XQS 481.
